Who can become a partner?
We work with real estate agents, brokers, consultants, private introducers and professionals who have access to potential buyers or investors.
Do I need to sell or negotiate with the client myself?
No. You introduce the client — our team takes over communication, sales, negotiations and deal closing.
How does the commission model work?
Commission is agreed per project and is paid after the deal is successfully closed. Rates can reach up to 50%, depending on the partnership model.
When do payouts happen?
Commission is paid after the transaction is completed and all contractual obligations are fulfilled.
Can I track what is happening with my client?
Yes. You can follow the deal status through the partner platform or directly with your assigned manager.
What happens if the deal is not closed?
If the transaction is not completed, no commission is paid. There are no penalties or hidden obligations for the partner.
Is this a public affiliate program?
No. We work with a limited number of partners and review every request individually.
